Online Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility

Regular-price online purchases are eligible for approved returns. All sale and markdown merchandise is final sale.

Return deadlines

Request a return authorization number (RA#) within 4 days of delivery. Ship your approved return back within 14 days of delivery.

Item condition

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with their original tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear.

Request a return

Email info@fashionwearcanada.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will email you an RA number.

Ship your return

Write your approved RA number on the outside of the package and use tracked shipping. Packages without an approved RA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

No price adjustments or rainchecks on sale or clearance merchandise.
