RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with a purchase from FashionWear online or instore, we are here to help you!  See options below!

If you purchase online and do an "in store pick up" option without trying on in store, you may make a return/exchange to one of our boutiques. A full refund within 14 days respecting below return policies. Not applicable to sale or markdowns over 30%.

If you are picking up in store and trying item(s) on and are satisfied, then our usual in store policies will take effect if item(s) are returned thereafter within the 14 day period as per below policies however an in store credit only will apply...Not applicable to sale or markdowns over 30%.

If you are purchasing on FashionWear online, an authorization number (RA#) is required to return your online purchase with a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Not applicable to sale or markdowns over 30%.

Any merchandise that is mailed back (with an RA# only) is at the customers expense. To obtain a return authorization (RA#), please email fashionwearcanada@hotmail.com with a reason for return and your order #.

The following rules must be respected in order to get an RA# and a full refund upon receipt of returns to FashionWear. Not applicable to sale or markdowns over 30%.

Return address will be emailed with an RA# depending on your territory and location closest/easiest to you.

If you live close to one of our locations, you will be able to return to a store with an RA# (see above to obtain) for a refund OR store credit-YOUR CHOICE!

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

Merchandise must be in its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.

Merchandise must have its original FashionWear tags attached.

No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of packaging.

*We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
