If you purchase online and do a "curb side pick up option", you may make a return WITHIN 7 DAYS*...We will provide individual instructions based on a "curb side return" option.TO BE ADVISED! Not to WORRY! We will do our best to accommodate you .

If you are purchasing on FashionWear online and wish to ship back a return*, an authorization number (RA#) is required to return your online purchase with a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Any merchandise that is mailed back (with an RA# only) is at the customers expense. To obtain a return authorization (RA#), please email fashionwearcanada@hotmail.com with a reason for return and your order #. We will return your email within 24 hours of your return request.

The following rules below must be respected in order to get an RA# and a full refund upon receipt of returns to FashionWear. *Not applicable to any sale or markdowns on merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. *Not applicable to any sale or markdowns on merchandise.

Merchandise must be in its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.

Merchandise must have its original FashionWear tags attached.

No packages will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of packaging.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
