*QUEBEC and ONTARIO: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $175 (before tax). A tracking # will be provided. Orders under $175+ (before tax) a $12 shipping charge will automatically be applied.  

*ALL PROVINCES (excluding Quebec and Ontario): FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $200+ (before tax) with exceptions below...A tracking # will be provided. Orders under $200 (before tax) a $22 shipping charge will automatically be applied.

*NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, NUNAVUT, and YUKON: A $25 shipping charge will apply. This will automatically be calculated before check out in cart.

Shipping fees to all other countries may vary depending on location. This will automatically be calculated before check out in cart. Shipments are done by surface using Canada Post and can take up to 6 weeks  FashionWear is not responsible for time of delivery but we will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible  

Please note that for any shipments to Canada ...We ship using Canada Post expedited service.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipments are typically sent out within 1-4 days of your order( If item is in stock) . If item is not in stock, shipping can take up to 14 days + or a revised delivery date will be notified. Please note that delivery takes 7-10 business days within Canada and up to 6 weeks international once item is shipped.We do not ship to PO Boxes.

NOTE: We are doing our best to get your orders to you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will get a notification via email provided. You can track your order anytime after receiving your tracking #. Please note a tracking number is not provided for international shipments outside of Canada. Canada Post surface transport is used.

 CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You may contact us at info@fashionwearcanada.com.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the steps outlined below.

Once you have received your shipment, you have 14 days to return merchandise (at your own expense) ONLY with an authorized RA#.We only accept packages with tracking # and with RA# generated after following steps below...

1)The  order # in the subject field explaining the reason for your return. We 

2)Tags must be exactly on garment(s) and item(s) cannot have any trace of being worn.

3) An RA# (this # will be emailed back to you after above info sent and approved) to be on outside of package. We will not accept ANY packages without RA#. Returns to be sent to:

4) A refund will be made to the form of payment used when originally purchased once return has been received and quality controlled.

5) Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
