A $10 shipping rate for all orders less than $100 in Canada and a $25 flat rate for shipping to the USA.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipments are typically sent out within 1-4 days of your order. Please note that delivery takes 4-7 business days within Canada and up to 10 days to the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool. If an item is sold out, your order will be placed on a "back order status" and you will be notified when it is ready to be shipped.
If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange (see steps below), OR you can exchange your on-line purchase at any of our store locations in person for in-store credit only.
All on-line returns are accepted within 10 days following the date of receipt. Please follow steps below...
*Items must be in their original condition; i.e., unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks and make-up stains, free of animal hair, perfume and deodorant scents and markings, with tag's still attached. If you receive a damaged article, we will request a photo(s) of the damage and follow steps below...

- We will require your order number , a description of which style number and size you want to return for each item and the reason of your return.
- Once reviewed, a return authorization number will be emailed to you. This authorization # is mandatory in order to make any returns or exchanges. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization # on the outside of packaging-Absolutely no COD or collect deliveries will be accepted.
- Shipping costs for any returns are the sender's responsibility. It is your responsibility to make a note of the tracking #. FashionWear will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- When we have received your return and deemed in acceptable condition (as per above) we will at your choice issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) or make an exchange. This can take up to 5-7 business days. All refunds will be made using the same transaction method as the payment.
All clearance purchases, promotions, promotional items, leggings, and earrings are FINAL SALE! NO refunds permitted!
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You may contact us at email@example.com .
If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the steps outlined above.
The delivery of a virtual gift card by e-mail is made within 2 business days. Gift cards can be used for purchases on-line or in store at any of our locations. Gift cards are non-refundable.
